My name is Tomáš Škultéty, and I have been working in personal finance, investing, and financial planning for nearly twenty years. Today, I serve as Senior Director at Partners Group in Slovakia and Bulgaria, where I focus on business development, building advisory teams, and educating financial professionals at the highest level.
I started my career working directly with clients analyzing their finances, building financial plans, and helping them make better decisions about investments, insurance, loans, and retirement. Over the years, I progressed from a financial consultant to executive leadership, which gives me both a ground level and strategic view of how the financial world really works. I have taught over 300 consultants how to successfully help clients plan their finances, and together we have helped over 20,000 clients.
I am a long term member of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table), including Court of the Table and Top of the Table, which recognizes top financial professionals worldwide for performance, professionalism, and ethical standards.
In my courses, I focus on clarity, practicality, and real life. I don’t teach theory for the sake of theory. I explain money and finance in a way that is easy to understand, based on real situations, real mistakes, and principles that actually work long term. My goal is to help people make smarter financial decisions, avoid costly errors, and build financial security with confidence skills that will benefit them for the rest of their life.
